RETURN POLICY PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS, CHARGES APPLY.

Is it possible to return my order? Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order still contains all the appropriate parts, components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
  2. Normal handling of the product is evident, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. The return will be processed within 7 business days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

How can I return my order? If your order meets the above conditions, you must follow the steps below to initiate the return process.

  • Make sure the email contains the following:

We will then speak with you and provide you with the return address. Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you request it.

You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. The consumer has the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund upon receipt of the goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Nuzzico by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

Registration for shipments in transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the products are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them. Of course, you may inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery that is not the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at nuzzico@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (YOUR STORE EMAIL) and send your item to: Address, Company Name, City, Zip Code, Country.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
