SHIPPING POLICY

We are proud to offer free shipping! All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-10 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel it. If you need to change your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your orders. After that, delivery will vary depending on your location. Please note that due to COVID-19, orders may be delayed to ensure maximum safety. Below we provide estimated delivery times by country:

  • Europe: 7-14 business days
  • USA: 7-15 business days
  • Canada: 7-16 business days
  • Central America: 10-25 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 10-26 business days
  • Other countries: 11-30 business days

In exceptional cases, an order may take longer than usual. In this case, delivery may take up to 40 business days. If you experience any unusual delay in the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to help you resolve any issues.
